We will provide an initial training program for you and your initial store manager (if different from you) for the fixed costs of $3,000. The training is at our training facility at 1908 Central Avenue, S. El Monte, California, a Tapioca store at 228 W. Valley Boulevard, #105, Alhambra, California, and/or other facility in the vicinity of our above location. The training course takes 48-65 hours and lasts about ten (10) days. We anticipate that the training will provide a combination of classroom, on-the-job training, reviewing, and testing. Training materials are distributed at various times during the training course. The training will be supervised by Cheng-Wei Lin. (See Item 2 for background.)

We may periodically offer additional training programs to you covering various subjects, such as new products, procedures, marketing, customer services, bookkeeping, and industrial/legal development. We may offer additional training programs twice a year within the greater Los Angeles area. Fees ranging from $200-$500 per program may be charged to cover our costs and administrative overhead. This program may last from four to eight hours. (FA ?3.3)
